We check directly with the schools or universities the education item references of the candidate at the corresponding dates and diploma obtained. Either by direct requests and notifications on the 1stjob-network platform or by direct call to the relevant university department. Once the item verified it will be locked and you will be notified on the results with either:

Candidate has indeed obtained his diploma in the corresponding school at the dates on his CV 2.0 item. A green “verified“ icon will appear on the checked item as well as the corresponding university logo if their profile is on 1stjob-network. In addition you will get the notification by email and in your account.

It is doubtful that the candidate has indeed graduated and at the corresponding dates on his CV 2.0. A red “doubtful” icon will appear on the checked item. In addition you will get the notification by email and in your account.

Refusal or no response of the school or university to deliver the information.In some cases if the university should refuse to deliver the reference info due to specific countries legislations or privacy concerns, we will notify the corresponding candidate to ask his relative university to send us the official transcripts. We will then advise you on the delay and results will be featuring in your account and sent to you by email.

We stick to the facts! 1sjtob-network does not perform any behavior check up with the university nor ask for any additional comment or observation concerning the candidate other than mentioned above.

Verifying a professional experience

We check directly with the company hr department the work experience item references of the candidate at the corresponding dates and position occupied. Either by direct requests and notifications on the 1stjob-network platform or by direct call to the relevant company hr department. Once the item verified it will be locked and you will be notified on the results with either:

Candidate has indeed worked in the indicated position in the corresponding company at the dates indicated on his CV 2.0 item. A green “verified“ icon will appear on the checked item as well as the corresponding company logo if their profile is on 1stjob-network. In addition you will get the notification by email and in your account.

We are providing free English tests every month for candidates to evaluate their English as required nowadays for an international career. The results will be shown on the CV 2.0. Verifying the language level goes beyond that with 1stjob-network directly calling the candidates to get the language level checked up.
